You hold complete, unconditional authority over your personal health data. Use this portal or the Android application to permanently erase your Satvora AI account and all associated dietary records.

If you currently have the Satvora AI Android app installed on your smartphone:

  1. Open the Satvora AI app.
  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Tap Privacy & Data Controls (or scroll down to the bottom).
  4. Tap Delete Entire Satvora Account.
  5. Review the warning, check the confirmation box, and tap Permanently Delete Account.

In-app deletion immediately erases your cloud records, purges on-device encrypted SQLite databases, revokes sessions, and returns the app to unauthenticated local mode.

What Data Is Permanently Erased?
  • Supabase Authentication Identity: Your user ID, email record, session tokens, and OAuth links.
  • Dietary Diaries & Portion Logs: All meal records, calculated calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients.
  • Biometric Goals & Profiles: Age, height, weight, activity multipliers, and nutrition goals.
  • AI Conversational Transcripts: All historical memory and queries exchanged with the AI Health Coach.
  • Pantry, Recipes & Grocery Checklists: All custom food items, pantry inventory, and meal plans.
  • Cloud Storage Files: Uploaded meal photographs and custom avatar images stored in Supabase Storage.
  • Integration Tokens: Disconnects and purges local Puter AI session tokens from the device Keystore.
Statutory Retention & Financial Audits

In accordance with tax laws, payment gateway terms, and Google Play policies, non-personal operational records (such as cryptographic hashes of redeemed premium grant keys) are decoupled from your identity and retained strictly for financial accounting and fraud prevention. No personal health, nutritional, or biometric data is ever retained after deletion.
