Statutory Transparency Notice: This document reflects our current technical and operational data practices. Prior to production publication, final statutory review is conducted by qualified legal counsel.

1. Foundational Privacy Commitment

Satvora AI Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") develops Satvora AI with privacy as a core foundational pillar. Unlike cloud-dependent tracking apps, Satvora AI is designed with an offline-first local database architecture.

We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal health data, food logs, biometric profiles, or meal photographs to advertisers, brokers, or third parties.

2. Information We Process

Depending on your usage of the application, we process the following categories of information:

  • Local Dietary Logs: Food diary entries, water consumption, portion weights, and macro targets (stored locally in device SQLite).
  • Biometric Goals: Age, biological sex, height, weight, activity multiplier, and nutritional preference settings.
  • Camera & Vision Data: Real-time meal photos processed in volatile memory for nutritional estimation and discarded immediately after inference.
  • Barcode Numbers: Scanned EAN/UPC barcodes queried against OpenFoodFacts and USDA databases.
  • Account Data (Optional): Email and authentication tokens if you choose to enable cross-device Supabase sync.

3. Statutory Alignment (India DPDP Act, 2023)

We align our data handling practices with the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP):

  • Right to Access: View all logged data directly in the app or export as structured JSON.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure: Edit any record or execute permanent deletion via the in-app Danger Zone.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: Dedicated Grievance Officer reachable via our DPDP Redressal Portal.

4. Cloud Security & Row Level Security

When you enable cloud backup, data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encryption to Supabase PostgreSQL infrastructure and protected by database-enforced Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
